Kaolin is one of the major inorganic pigment used in INK segment. Key property expected from kaolin in Ink is to improve ‘Ink Holdout’ and to extend both colored & white pigments. Particle size distribution of the kaolin plays an important role with respect to film thickness and gloss requirement. Lower abrasion of kaolin is the additional advantage which is considered with respect to wear/tear of process instruments /set-up.

This Hydrous kaolin grade is‘Ultra-Fine’ particle size distribution products, designed to meet the requirement of INK Formulations.
Its Ultra-fine PSD helps in fast & easy dispersion, which makes process less time consuming and more energy efficient.
Its fineness helps in excellent spacing of prime colored pigment, thereby optimizing it’s doses in formulation.
Offered grades are premium kaolin products, which also helps in maintaining print gloss.
