Whitewares use a combination of china clay/kaolin& ball clay selected for consistent chemical composition so that firing & vitrifying characteristics of the body are controlled, and color of the ware are satisfactory. The ratios used are chosen to optimize Green Strength, Plasticity & Casting behavior.Chemical content (Alumina, Iron, Titanium), Fired whiteness, Particle Size Distribution and Rheology plays a key role when it comes to “Glaze” application. Whereas Water of Plasticity, Casting Rate, MOR, Shrinkage &Rheological properties plays a key role for ‘Body’ application.

ASHAWHITE

ASHAWHITE hydrous kaolin lumps has been developed considering the requirement in Ceramic Industry particularlyfor high casting rate by controlling particle size distribution of kaolin
It is having optimum water of plasticity, good rheology with low defloculation demand (Casting slip) and optimum shrinkage
It is an Off White, 325 Mesh products, with fired L-value of 89-91 (@11850C & Alumina content of 36 – 38 %
Product is recommended for use in ‘Ceramic’ bodies.

WONDERGLAZE

WONDERGLAZE product has been developed considering the requirement of Ceramic Industry particularly for Glaze application i.e. defect free glost surface with free from pineholes
This product has been produced with proper controlled particle size (2 micron is > 90%) and it 100% kaolinite product with no other mineral impurities in it
High fired ‘L’ Value & Good Rheological Properties.
Product offers minimum Fe2O3& TiO2.
It is an Off White, 500 Meshproduct, with fired L-value of 93-94 (@11850C & Alumina content of 38 % min
Product is recommended for use in ‘Glaze’ application forCeramic bodies

HS–KAOLIN

HS-Kaolin has been developed considering the requirement of Ceramic Industry for high Green strength kaolin clayalong withoptimized water of plasticity / viscosity / casting rate / Shrinkage.
It is an Off White, 325 Mesh products, with fired L-value of 87 – 89 (@11850C) & Alumina content of 35 – 37 %
Product is recommended for use in ‘Ceramic’ bodies.

PAINTOLIN

Paintolin has been developed considering the requirement of Ceramic Industry for high fired ‘L’ Value& Good Rheological Properties.
Product offers minimum Iron & Titanium Content.
It is an Off White, 325 Mesh products, with fired L-value of 92 – 93 (@11850C)& Alumina content of 37 – 38 %
Product is recommended for use in ‘Glaze’ application of Ceramic bodies.

PAINTOLIN 80

Paintolin-80 has been developed considering the requirement of Ceramic Industry for cost-effective high fired ‘L’ value & Good Rheological properties.
Product offers minimum Iron & Titanium Content.
It is an Off White, 325 Mesh products, with fired L-value of 91 – 92 (@11850C) & Alumina content of 37 – 38 %
Product is recommended for use in ‘Glaze’ application for Ceramic bodies.

CERALIN-A

Ceralin-A has been developed considering the requirement of Ceramic Industry for optimizedgreen strength/ good rheology with optimum Defloculation demand / Water of plasticity / Casting Rate / Shrinkage.
It is an Off White, 325 Mesh products, with fired L-value of 90 – 91 (@11850C) & Alumina content of 36 – 38 %
Product is recommended for use in ‘Body’ formulation in Ceramic industry

CERALIN-B

Ceralin-B has been developed considering the requirement of Ceramic Industry for cost-effective product offering optimized green strength/good rheology with optimum Defloculation demand / Water of plasticity / Casting Rate / Shrinkage.
It is an Off White, 325 Mesh products, with fired L-value of 89 – 90 (@11850C) & Alumina content of 35 – 37 %
Product is recommended for use in ‘Body/Engobe’ formulation in Ceramic industry.
